Why is my Dashboard not updating?

Performance insights are generated after Medhi "analyses" your session data. Ensure you have completed the "Confidence Marking" for your MCQs, as gaps in this data can delay your dashboard updates.


Medhi Chat is not responding

If the AI Tutor interface hangs:

  1. Refresh your browser.

  2. Check your token balance (Some advanced chat remediations require tokens).

  3. Log a ticket via the chatbot if the issue persists.


Is Medhi a replacement for textbooks?

Medhi is a clinical reasoning tutor. While it covers theory via microlearning, it is designed to help you apply what you have learned from textbooks in a clinical environment.
